I saw lots of Cavolo nero in the shops this morning and its my absolute favourite green vege for its chewy goodness at this time of year (once removed from the almost impossible stems that is!). Anyway - I thought i'd share my all-time favourite dressing to go on pretty much anything but especially greens, which i'm sure will convert anyone!
